National Position for Local Property Expert

Helen Miller Managing Director of premium property agents Fine & Country North Cumbria, has been elected as the North West England representative to its National Advisory Council (NAC). The council is responsible for providing advice, suggestions and guidance to top management on the future of the premium agency brand network.

Members are elected licence owners from each Fine & Country region, voted for by the offices within that region to represent them at the quarterly meetings in London and monthly video conferencing meetings.

Serving for a period of two years, each member will be responsible for communicating the opportunities, challenges, and market conditions of the region to the NAC, as well as communicating the decisions made by the NAC back to the region at the regional meetings.

Nicky Stevenson, Managing Director of Fine & Country UK, said: “We are fortunate to have a wealth of knowledge within the network and can draw on the decades of experience represented within the NAC. “Through the feedback we receive, we can guide the brand forward in the best possible trajectory that will help us continue to expand and evolve in a way that will be beneficial to all our agents.”

Helen Miller, Managing Director North Cumbria, said: “I am honoured to be elected to the council and look forward to representing the Northwest region in particular Cumbria on a national platform. There are challenges ahead, however Fine & Country is a forward-thinking modern network which is nimble to react to changes and continues to grow in strength, I am proud to be part of the NAC and the brand.”

The North Cumbria team are looking positively to the New Year with a growing list of new clients signed up to market their property. Cumbria still remains a desirable place to live for many people across the UK looking for the next chapter in their lives, the team are well placed to access these purchasers working with the Fine & Country network of which Helen is now an integral part.

If you are considering a move to Carlisle, Penrith, Brampton Keswick or surrounding regions in the New Year, Fine & Country would be delighted to talk to you about the market conditions, the various marketing strategies available and offer a no obligation valuation.
