AGENTPrior to transitioning into real estate, I provided strategic consulting services to a range of businesses. My work focused on business plan development, market and financial analysis, sales and turnaround strategies, process optimisation, risk and change management, as well as budgeting and forecasting. I also supported digital transformation initiatives across Cloud, AI, ERP, CRM, Mobility, LMS, and E-commerce platforms.
Earlier in my career, I held the role of Managing Director within a leading brand under the Italtile Ceramics (Pty) Ltd group, a top 100 JSE-listed company. In this capacity, I was responsible for international sourcing, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management, while also establishing a retail presence and launching a fully integrated e-commerce model. I implemented an end-to-end SAP ERP system, created a design-led strategy, and led the development of a dedicated customer support centre serving over 100 B2B clients.
My foundation in technology and systems integration stems from a decade-long tenure as an SAP Project Manager at Italtile Ceramics (Pty) Ltd. During this time, I supported more than 2,500 clients and was instrumental in the deployment of key IT solutions, including CRM systems, POS infrastructure, warehouse management, mobile device management, and integrated payment systems.
