I’ve always worked in customer facing roles since the age of 16, my first job role was as a customer assistant in a shoe shop just outside Ross on Wye. However, as much as I enjoyed the customer facing aspect of the role, I soon realised that the commission on selling tins of shoe polish just wasn’t going to get me that Ferrari I had my eye on, and so in 2013, I decided to take the plunge and apply for a job with Fine & Country.
A decade on, I have built up a wealth of experience in the property industry, having worked across various roles handling a range of properties in Herefordshire, West Gloucestershire and South Wales. I was promoted to sales manager position for the Ross on Wye branch at the end of 2022, and have really enjoyed the challenge. It’s been great to see the brand develop and grow during this time.
Fine & Country are now the go to agent for premium property in South Herefordshire, and we have handled some of the most prestigious homes over the years. I prioritise a tailored approach for each client, paying close attention to their needs to ensure that we can offer the very best level of service for each and every client. We have many returning clients which is testament to the quality of our service and marketing.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outside, running, hiking and travelling as often as time allows, as well as making good use of the fantastic range of local pubs on offer. I have a wonderful 5 year old daughter who enjoys jumping in puddles and strawberry cornettos.
