Jeremy Richardson

I have been in the property profession since 1982, specializing in the marketing of premium, high-value properties in Surrey. I am a qualified surveyor and valuer - Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (MRPSA), Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation (DipRSV) and Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency (CPEA).

Over the decades I have personally handled the sale of many hundreds of properties with a present-day value in excess of £1,000,000. I believe in providing a friendly and approachable service, tailored to meet the varied and specific needs of each and every client.

I was born and bred in Surrey and over the years I have played football and cricket at a great many venues throughout the county for my school and various clubs including Cheam, Shere and Mogador Wanderers. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking with our dogs, cycling, the occasional round of golf and gardening.

Currently, I am about halfway through a walk along the North Downs Way from Farnham to Canterbury, tackling the various stages as and when time permits.

Many years ago I completed a degree in History and Landscape Archaeology and still enjoy reading about Medieval and Early Modern History and have a particular interest in old and historic buildings, timber-framed houses and barns, medieval churches and cathedrals. Eventually, I hope to visit every cathedral in England.
