I’m Ieva, and I’m proud to be a Partner at Fine & Country, a globally recognised brand specialising in premium residential property. I lead our work across the Barnes area, offering strategic guidance, tailored marketing, and high-level support to clients who expect nothing less than excellence.

My journey into real estate began after I moved to London from Latvia over 15 years ago. I originally worked in the high-end fashion industry, which taught me the importance of presentation, detail, and client experience. However, I soon felt drawn to property—a sector that combines people, place, and purpose in a way that truly resonated with me. It was a bold leap, but one that sparked a lasting passion and launched a career that has brought me into close contact with some of the most dynamic aspects of the London market.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in nearly every facet of the property world: negotiating complex deals, advising first-time buyers and high-net-worth investors, valuing homes, leading branches, mentoring junior agents, and building long-term relationships with clients from all walks of life. I’ve worked across residential sales and lettings, the luxury property segment, new developments, and investment portfolios—giving me a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of what drives success in this industry.

My current role at Fine & Country is both strategic and client-facing. I work with a diverse portfolio of clients—from sellers looking to maximise their return on a prime property, to international investors seeking tailored acquisition strategies. I provide in-depth market insight, personalised plans for each transaction, and a steady, knowledgeable presence throughout the process. I pride myself on bringing integrity, energy, and strategic thinking to everything I do.

Prior to joining Fine & Country in October 2024, I worked as a Property Broker at Douglas & Gordon, where I sharpened my ability to interpret market conditions and navigate high-pressure negotiations. There, I supported buyers and sellers in making confident, informed decisions in a competitive environment. My role demanded strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset—all qualities I continue to bring to my clients today.

From July 2020 to September 2023, I was Branch Manager at Eagle Hills Global, overseeing a busy London office. I was responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team, as well as driving revenue and achieving key performance goals. I created a collaborative, ambitious team culture and implemented operational improvements that elevated both customer experience and team productivity.

My leadership path began even earlier at TLK Property & Investment Limited, where I served as Head of Sales for over six years—from May 2017 to September 2023. In that role, I developed and executed business growth strategies, built strong relationships with developers and international investors, and led a sales team known for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service. I was involved in all stages of the sales lifecycle—from lead generation and market analysis to deal closing and client retention.

What’s remained constant throughout my career is a deep passion for property and people. I genuinely enjoy working with individuals and families to help them find the right home or investment opportunity. I believe in providing clear, honest advice and a tailored approach to each client’s unique goals. My work is as much about building trust and offering guidance as it is about closing deals.

I currently live in Putney, a place I love for its vibrant community and excellent local amenities. While I call Putney home, I work in the Barnes area, which allows me to serve clients across a range of prime locations in Southwest London. My local expertise and deep knowledge of the property market enable me to guide clients through every step of their journey, whether they are selling, buying, or investing.

Clients often come to me for my strong negotiation skills, deep local insight, and ability to see both the big picture and the finer details that truly matter. I’m a firm believer in building lasting relationships, and I’m proud that much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about tennis, travelling, and making the most of London’s vibrant culture. These interests keep me energised and balanced, and I find that they often help me connect with clients on a more personal level.
