EXMOOR PROPERTY DIRECTOR
The countryside, farming, and agriculture have always played a big part in my life—having attended Kingston Maurward Agricultural College in Dorset. Many of my childhood holidays were spent here, and in 2004, my family made the move from Leicestershire to call Exmoor home.

Since joining Webbers and Fine & Country—after previously working for another local agency—my career has progressed from Sales Negotiator to Manager and, ultimately, Local Director. My love of horse riding, countryside pursuits, and dog walking has helped me develop an extensive knowledge of Exmoor, from its bridleways and footpaths to its welcoming local communities. This insight is invaluable when assisting clients moving to and from the area.
I always tell people I have the best job—especially when Exmoor is my office. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of selling some of the most unique and distinctive homes on Exmoor. This has given me an in-depth understanding of Exmoor’s diverse property market, where no two homes are the same. From traditional country cottages nestled in peaceful valleys to grand historic residences with land, every property offers something truly special. However, this variety also brings challenges, as each home requires a tailored approach when it comes to valuation, marketing, and finding the right buyer. Factors such as location, accessibility, planning restrictions, and individual property features all play a role, making every sale a unique and rewarding experience.

Despite these factors sometimes posing challenges, the ever-changing nature of the job and the privilege of working in such a stunning location make it all the more rewarding. The blend of architectural variety and Exmoor’s natural beauty ensures that no two days are ever the same, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
