I am well known in the Portsmouth area, where I have been an estate agent since 1985. I worked my way up from Junior Negotiator and went on to build up and own one of the area's largest agency, with several branches. I saw the market need for a dedicated branch dealing with Fine & Country homes, sold my original business, and captured and have maintained a substantial market share over the last 11 years of trading as Fine & Country South East Hampshire. I was the Regional Executive for the South Region of the National Association of Estate Agents and I sat on the NAEA Board (2015 - 2017), I am also an affiliate of the Portsmouth Property Association (PPA), a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) (2000 - 2017), a Fellow of the NAEA and an Associate of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents (GPEA). I was Chairman of The National Advisory Council at Fine & Country (2018 - 2019) and I currently hold the position of Regional Representative for the Southern Region.
