Currently serving as Head of Fine & Country across 13 strategically located offices in Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, I am responsible for driving the strategic growth, branding, and operational excellence of one of the most recognised premium property brands in the UK. My journey into property began in 1998, when I entered the world of residential estate agency with a keen interest in helping people find not just a house, but a lifestyle that aligns with their aspirations. From those early days, I quickly gained a reputation for professionalism, market insight, and exceptional client care, attributes that have stayed with me throughout my career. Over the years, I have successfully brokered a wide variety of property sales, ranging from traditional family homes and new-build developments to luxury country houses and coastal retreats within the Fine & Country portfolio.
My deep understanding of the local and regional property landscape is underpinned by decades of hands-on experience operating along the Cornwall-Devon border—a part of the country I know intimately and passionately represents. This unique positioning has enabled me to develop an innate understanding of the cross-county lifestyle market, selling to a diverse client base which includes locals, second-home buyers, retirees, and those relocating from other parts of the UK or abroad, all drawn by the natural beauty, rich heritage, and high quality of life found in the South West. As a former Chair of the Cornwall Branch of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), I have contributed to the promotion of best practices within the industry and worked to uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism. Outside of my professional commitments, I lead a balanced and family-oriented lifestyle. I am a proud father and values the time spent with my young family, often enjoying the very landscapes I help others move to. A passionate traveller, I frequently visits France with my family, drawn by the culture, cuisine, and contrasting pace of life. These experiences abroad also help inform my perspective on property and lifestyle, particularly in terms of what attracts international buyers to the UK. At the end of a busy day, I can often be found out running, a hobby I pursue both for physical wellbeing and mental clarity. As an active member of a local running club, I find that running not only offers an outlet for personal health, but also fosters connection with the local community—a grounding counterpoint to the often high-pressure world of estate agency leadership.
