Rhossili
Rhossili is located at the furthest westerly tip of the peninsula and recognised for its beautiful sandy beach with shipwreck and iconic landscape of the worm’s head. In addition, it is home to the beautiful bays of Mewslade and Fall along with to rocky coves to explore, superb walks to enjoy and family run pubs and cafes to relax and re fuel.

Oxwich
Oxwich is one of Gowers most picturesque villages typified by thatch roofed cottages, quaint shops, beachside hotel, Michelin star restaurant and surrounded by the Penrice estate with castle remains, marshes and lakes. Oxwich bay is a sweeping sandy beach stretching all the way to three cliffs and pobbles at low tide. Protected by the rugged headland from the prevailing south westerly winds makes Oxwich a very popular choice for swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding, Kayaking and boating with its very own boat launch.

Southgate
Somewhat central of Mumbles and Rhossili and offering the best of both worlds, Southgate is home to beautifully raw clifftops with endless sea views and offers a variety of beaches all within walking distance. from one of the United Kingdom and Europe’s favourite sandy beaches of Three cliffs to the to the secluded and romantic pebbled beach of Pwll Du. Southgate is also home to the impressive Pennard Golf Club, castle ruins and locally run amenities including a pub, coffee shops, post office, convenience store, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, library, community hall, and primary school.

Langland
Within walking distance from the shops, restaurants and pubs of Mumbles, Langland Bay was awarded the coveted blue flag status recognising its quality and cleanliness. There is a coastal pathway connecting Langland to the neighbouring blue flag beach of Caswell to the West and Limeslade and Mumbles Bay to the East. Langland offers car parking, seasonal lifeguard duty,79 Victorian beach huts, beachside cafes, and kiosks which are fully stocked with everything required for a perfect day at the beach with Langland Brasserie offering a more refined dining experience. Langland also boasts recognised golf course with a view that’s hard to beat. With so many attractions within proximity it’s easy to see why Langland is such an alluring place to call home.

Llangennith
The village of Llangennith consists of a cluster of houses and shops, with the village hall and traditional local pub adding to the community atmosphere. The village benefits from the environmentally friendly Community Supported Agriculture initiative, which provides its members with a weekly supply of locally grown organic vegetables. Llangennith beach is widely recognised for its surfing, due to its orientation its openly exposed to the Atlantic swells more than any other on Gower. In addition, the beach lures in anglers from all over targeting Bass, flat fish and mullet amongst other species that can be found in the surf. The beach also has its own campsite with all the facilities you could need, abundance of parking and café making a holiday or day out easy and comfortable.

Llanrhidian
Llanrhidian is located on the northern side of the Gower Peninsula overlooking the Loughor estuary and burry inlet. There are fantastic footpath walks where you can discover the dramatic Weobley Castle and the farmed salt marshes of Llanrhidian abundant in livestock and native wildlife. With very little traffic, a local shop and a choice of pubs this tranquil North Gower village is a very popular destination.

Directions
Exit the M4 at junction 42, merge onto the A483, merge onto the A4067, turn right onto the B4436 and follow the road signs to Gower.
