Coventry is situated in the heart of England; the city has been named the UK City of Culture 2021. With records dating back to the Middle Ages and many historical buildings, such as Coventry Cathedral that was famed for being destroyed by a handful of incendiary bombs in November 1940, now known as the Coventry Blitz.
