The Northern Lincolnshire landscape is diverse and beautiful. From the tip of the Wolds, taking in parts of Yorkshire, the Isle of Axholme and dropping down into Louth, our area is ‘the region you come home to’.
Fine and Country Northern Lincolnshire has five offices in the region covering the larger towns of Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Market Rasen, Brigg, Barton upon Humber, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough and the Isle of Axholme.
Northern Lincolnshire has excellent motorway links, a regional airport and many international companies' head offices. The Humber Bridge connects our area to the City of Hull and the start of the M62. Lincoln is on the edge of our region via the A15 is the gateway but can also be reached after a ‘flutter’ at the Market Rasen racecourse. Northern Lincolnshire covers a largely rural and agricultural area with many historic market towns and areas designated as ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’. We have many visitor attractions that include Normanby Hall park with a Go Ape Treetop Challenge, Natural Nature Reserves of Waters Edge in Barton, the coastline at Donna Nook where Grey seals return every year to give birth to their pups, along with the Viking Way 147-mile trail which begins on the banks of the Humber at Barton and takes in the varied and ancient landscapes of the area. We have farmers markets, the typical English village pubs, Cleethorpes seaside Resort, a Michelin star restaurant, theatres, many cycling routes and a championship golf course just outside Brigg.
Our region offers value, and you can still find that dream home you have been searching for whether it offers indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, sheep and cows walking past your garden, a garage more impressive than a car showroom, or even a helicopter landing pad.
